There are two kinds of forging processes for the neck butt welding flange:
1: Die forging; Namely, the steel raw material is heated to 1200 C in the heating furnace, and then put into the mold of corresponding specifications for forging. For 2 "- 10" (DN50-DN250), the inner hole shall be punched with a specific punch.
2: It is free forging. Heat up the raw material in the heating furnace to 1200C, then forge the square material into a round cake shape, punch the hole, and use special equipment (roller and horse frame) to expand the hole of the punched raw material to the required size. Suitable for specifications above (DN300-DN3000)
